New aircraft
Aircraft production
We provide independent technical support throughout the production of new aircraft at Airbus, ATR, Boeing and Embraer facilities. Our involvement can start with First Article and Source Inspections and continue through the various stages of aircraft production, from Section inspections to Final Assembly Line (FAL) supervision.
Our Technical Representatives monitor the aircraft throughout the production process, carrying out detailed inspections and verifying that it complies with the agreed specifications. Any findings or deviations are documented, followed up and, where required, addressed before the aircraft proceeds to delivery.
Our experience spans a wide range of aircraft programmes and projects, including supporting airlines with the delivery of the first Airbus A321XLR aircraft as the first third-party service provider.
Delivery
Once the aircraft has completed production, our team can support you throughout the delivery and acceptance process, with which our Technical Representatives have extensive experience. We coordinate and follow up the required inspections, tests and documentation to help ensure that the aircraft is delivered in accordance with the agreed specifications and requirements.
Our support can continue through the final acceptance and handover of the aircraft, helping to ensure a smooth delivery and successful entry into service.
